Lead Generation

Lead generation built as one funnel, not four disconnected parts

A lead is not a click, a follower or a form fill from someone who will never buy. It is a person with a real need, reachable, and interested enough to reply.

What this service is

Lead generation breaks when the parts are built separately: an ad written by one person, a page designed by another, a form nobody checks, and follow-up that happens whenever someone remembers.

I build the whole chain as one piece. The offer decides the ad. The ad decides the page. The page decides the form. And the form decides what happens in the first hour after someone submits it — because that hour is where most leads are won or lost.

Where the audience prefers messaging, the funnel routes to WhatsApp instead of a form. It converts better in many markets and gives you a conversation rather than a row in a spreadsheet.

Problems this solves

  • You get form fills that never answer the phone.
  • Leads arrive but nobody knows which campaign produced them.
  • Follow-up is slow, so warm interest cools before anyone replies.
  • The offer is vague, so only browsers respond.
  • Cost per lead looks fine but almost none of them close.

Deliverables

What you get

The deliverables below are the standard scope. Anything outside it is quoted separately, in writing, before it starts.

  • Offer development. A specific, believable reason for someone to raise their hand now rather than later.
  • Landing page. A page built for one action, with message match to the ad and no competing distractions.
  • Form or WhatsApp route. The shortest qualifying path that still filters out people you cannot help.
  • Campaign setup. Ads on the platforms your buyers use, structured for clean lead attribution.
  • Tracking and lead capture. Events for form submissions, calls and WhatsApp clicks, with leads recorded where your team will see them.
  • Follow-up sequence. A written first-hour and first-week response plan, including message templates.

Benefits

Why it is worth doing

Fewer, better leads

Qualifying questions cost you volume and save your team hours.

Attribution you can trust

You know which campaign, page and message produced each enquiry.

Faster response

A defined first-hour routine has more effect on close rate than most ad tweaks.

A repeatable funnel

Once one funnel works, the second is far quicker to build.

Process

How the work runs

Four stages, with the follow-up plan agreed before any spend goes live.

01

Discover

Define what a good lead actually is, what it is worth, and how your team handles one today.

02

Plan

Design the offer, funnel path, qualifying questions and follow-up sequence.

03

Execute

Build page, forms, tracking and campaigns. Launch and monitor the first leads closely.

04

Optimise

Tighten qualification, test offers and pages, cut sources that produce leads that never close.

Fit

Who this suits

Lead generation suits businesses that sell through a conversation rather than a checkout.

Where it is not the answer

  • Low-value products where a conversation costs more than the sale is worth.
  • Teams with no capacity to respond to leads within a working day.
  • Businesses unwilling to define which enquiries they actually want.

If that describes your situation, say so in your first message and I will point you at the channel that fits instead.

FAQ

Lead generation questions

No. I can commit to the build, the testing and honest reporting. Lead volume depends on budget, market, offer and season — anyone quoting a guaranteed number is guessing or padding the price.

Whichever your audience responds to. In many markets WhatsApp converts better; for B2B, a short form with qualifying questions often filters better. Sometimes both, tracked separately.

Then the offer or the targeting is attracting the wrong person. That is a fixable problem, and usually the first thing we work on together.

Not always. A single well-built landing page is often enough to start, and it is faster than waiting for a full site.
